Appointments
How do you know which appointment to book? Most concerns can be discussed in a standard or long consultation. If in doubt, book a long consultation so that the doctor has time to address all your queries.
You can book a specific appointment type to let the doctor know what you would like reviewed. There are "Recall" appointments to discuss results, "Cervical Screening" appointments, "Mental Health" appointments as well as "Video" appointments, if your issue can be discussed via telehealth. Telehealth appointments are very user-friendly and are operated by the Hotdoc booking platform.

Our Fees
We are a mixed billing group of practices. This means fees will often apply for the services we provide you. The length of your appointment time determines the fee for your visit. General visits to the GP range from $95 to $145 and we can arrange your Medicare refund, which will be about half of this.
Any other services provided will be quoted to you for your consent prior to your appointment. Payment is payable at the time of consultation and we take MasterCard, Visa and all debit cards.
Cancellations fees will be applied if you do not arrive for your booked appointment or cancel within 3 hours of the booked appointment. This fee is $25.00 and will need to be paid prior to booking another appointment
We do not take cash or cheques, and we cannot issue accounts. If you have a concern about the fees, please bring it to the attention of the reception team prior to your visit.
We offer a discounted fee for Pension Card Holders.
We bulk bill the vulnerable in our community and people with complex health needs. That’s part of who we are. You will be entitled to be bulk billed if you:
- Are 75 years of age or over, with an Aged Pension
- Are a child 12 years of age or under, with a Medicare Card
- All of our Veterans are billed direct to DVA for eligible conditions
- Many of our Enhanced Primary Health Care Services are bulk billed.
