Communicating With Our Team
Occasionally, we will contact you to arrange a follow up or routine appointment with your GP. This contact may be electronically or via the phone. You will always be asked to provide identification before an appointment is made. Please let us know if you do not wish to correspond with us electronically.
If you contact the practice, you will be asked to provide identification before reception staff can discuss personal information. This is to protect your privacy.
We will triage any enquiries you have and ensure that your enquiry is handled in a reasonable timeframe by the appropriate person.
Results are not provided by reception staff over the phone, they are given in consultation with your GP. Other queries that you have regarding health matters, scripts or referrals require an appointment also.
If you email the practice, you will receive an automated response to call us regarding your query. Email is not a secure form of communication, nor is it regularly monitored so please call our friendly staff (02) 4422 1210.
