Cottage Medical and Moss St Medical are committed to ensuring there is a workforce for the growing populations of the Nowra and Berry communities.
To achieve this, we employ high quality GP registrars, for whom we provide training and supervision. The registrars are carefully selected by the senior GPs working at our practises.
GP registrars have extensive experience and skills before entering general practice but also have the added advantage of a wealth of knowledge and experience they can call upon. Our group of practises work as a team, and we all help each other to get the best care for our community.
Our registrars are more likely to stay in our community if they feel connected to it, and one of the ways that this can be achieved is if you see them and give us feedback from your experience. Feedback is valuable to both the registrars themselves and the GP’s who are their supervisors.
